Relais

Relais La Leopoldina is a comfortable hotel in a manor house dating back to the end of the 18th century, located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside.
The house was part of the Counts Passerini properties. They were members of the religious Santo Stefano knight-hood order. The name of Leopoldina was given in honour of the Grand Duke of Tuscany Pietro Leopoldo di Lorena who ordered these typical houses to be built, during the “Reclaim of the Valdichiana”.

The restorations works left unchanged the original building, highlighting its charm.

Nowadays it is a comfortable and pleasant hotel with six double rooms and a restaurant.

Its location is the ideal base to explore the neighbouring small towns rich in art and history: Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza and Siena.
