Restaurant
Walter Redaelli is pleased to welcoming you to his restaurant, once the stables of the old Manor House.
The Tuscan brick cross vaults, the fireplace and the large windows overlooking the garden, makes it full of light and very pleasant.
During the summer, the open air restaurant is the ideal place to end your day with a memorable dinner.
Walter offers you the chance to taste the authentic Tuscan cuisine made of local and genuine products: homemade pasta and bread, Chianina beef and extra-virgin olive oil.
Cakes and ice-creams are homemade too.
The restaurant’s wine list has over 200 different Tuscan and National wines, with a rich selection of great Tuscan red wines.
Cooking classes are organised on reservation. They have a length of 3 hours.
Participants are involved “hands-on” assisted by the Chef Walter Redaelli.
The restaurant hosts a permanent exhibition of a great Dutch painter: Hub Boesten.
Events
During the year we organise thematic evening parties dedicated to typical Tuscan products, oil degustation and wines.
